This year in Ukraine, the police uncovered almost 101 thousand crimes, said the first deputy head of the National Police-the head of the criminal police Vyacheslav Abroskyn.
«This year, nearly 101 thousand crimes were discovered, including 36 thousand – serious and especially serious crimes. In some areas, we managed to achieve better results over the past five years», Abroskyn said.
According to Abroskyn, this year the police uncovered 4.3 thousand criminal offenses related to illegal arms trafficking. More than 1 thousand firearms, 1.2 thousand grenades, 216 explosive devices and more than 109 thousand cartridges were seized from circulation.
