Sharp drop in temperature in the capital of Japan on February 9 forced two airlines to cancel flights, JapanToday informs.

"Japan Airlines Co and All Nippon Airways Co canceled more than 100 flights on February 9 into and out of Haneda and Narita airports servicing Tokyo," the report said.

The report notes that the reason for the flights cancellation became ice on the runway, caused by hard frost.
As The Journalist reported, a UN helicopter crashed in Africa.
