Aum Shinrikyo cult founder was executed in Japan

The founder of cult and several of his followers have been executed on July 6. This is reported by AFP.
It is reported, that Aum Shinrikyo religion cult founder Shoko Anshara, after more than 20 years of trials, was hanged in Japan. In addition to him were executed several leaders of the sect.
It is noted that this organization is guilty of committing one of the largest terrorist attacks in Japanese history. The cultists killed 13 people in a 1995 sarin (a nerve gas – ed.) gas attack on the Tokyo subway. As a result of the terrorist attack, 13 people were killed, more than 6.3 thousand people were injured.
