European Parliament to adopt resolution on Russia’s violations of international law in Sea of Azov

On Tuesday, October 23, the European Parliament will hold a debate in the French city of Strasbourg on the violations by the Russian Federation (RF) of the international maritime law in the Sea of Azov. The adoption of a thematic resolution is to be held on Thursday, October 25th. This is reported by «Ukrinform» news agency.
Recall that Ukrainian vessels in the Sea of Azov are detained by Russian security forces. Thus, the Russian Federation violates international maritime law and tries to weaken the Ukraine’s economic, political and security interests in the region.
As The Journalist reported, Ukrainian Navy Commander said Ukraine ready to use force if situation at Sea of Azov escalates.
