Kharkiv Court suspended Kharkiv City Council decision to raise fare in public transport

The night before, on February 19, the Kharkiv Regional Administrative Court suspended the decision of the executive committee of the Kharkiv City Council to raise fares for trams, trolleybuses and subway up to UAH 6 and UAH 8, respectively.

This was reported by the Kharkiv anti-corruption center, whose representatives filed a lawsuit in order the court abolish the relevant decision of the executive committee of the Kharkiv City Council, made on February 6.

Thus, the court suspended the decision of the executive committee on raising fare for subway (UAH 8) and trams and trolley buses (UAH 6).

With relevant decision, the court also stipulated the fare for subway at UAH 5, and for ground electric transport at UAH 4.
