As a result of the road accident in Khmelnytska oblast three people were killed, including a child. About this informs the press service of the State Emergency Service.
It is reported that on the highway M12 Stryi – Znamenka in the district of the Pribugskyi village a truck IVECO and a passenger car Volkswagen collided.
As a result of the collision of cars, three people were killed, another four were injured.
«In particular one child born in 2004 died and 4 people are injured (of them one child born in 2006) », the report says.
According to law enforcers, the 36-year-old car driver drove into the oncoming traffic, where a frontal collision with the truck happened.
It is specified that Volkswage driver himself, his 35-year-old wife with a four-year-old daughter died at the scene. Another 12-year-old girl, who was a passenger of the same vehicle, was hospitalized.
As for the driver and two passengers of the truck, the doctors examined them at the scene. So far, none of them are hospitalized.
