74 fires were eliminated in Kyiv over the past week

During the past week, fire and rescue units of Kyiv garrison carried out 167 departures to eliminate fires and emergency situations. During this time in Kyiv, firefighters eliminated 74 fires. About this informs the press service of DSNS in Kyiv.
The source reports that in February 11-17, firefighters eliminated 74 fires, 8 accidents, 14 times provided assistance to the population of the capital, 21 times – other services of the city, 40 times went to false calls.
It is noted that during this period 1 person died in fires, 1 person was injured; two people were saved (of which 1 child).

“On the water bodies of city for a specified period, 1 person died. 2 people saved. Since the beginning of 2019, 5 people have died on the water bodies of Kyiv, and 9 people have been saved,” the message says.

Earlier “Journalist” reported that in Chernihiv oblast three children died in a fire.
