In Kyiv, from October 5, at the request of managers of social facilities, the heating season has begun.
According to the order Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) №1798 from 10.05.2018 years, which is signed by the mayor of Vitali Klitschko, the heat must submit health services, culture, physical cultures, as well as schools, kindergartens and social and medical institutions subordinated to KSCA Department of Social Policy.
«To heads of heat supply enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, provided heat consumption systems are ready to ensure that from October 5, 2018, heat supply systems should be connected to health care, cultural, physical culture and sports institutions, preschool and general education institutions, and also to social medical institutions subordinate to KSCA Department of social policy, according to statements of their leaders», the document says.
Deputies of the mayor of Kyiv were appointed responsible for execution of order, writes KyivVlast.
As reported by the Journalist, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman announced that the heating season starts on October 15.
