Passage along Khreshchatyk Street in Kiev (from Gorodetsky Street to Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street) will be closed in the period of May 12-31, the press service of The Kiev City State Administration informs.
The ban on the movement of vehicles is provided for by restrictions that will be imposed in the 1.5 km of the NSC «Olimpiyskiy» zone.

Predominantly, the restrictions will be introduced in the period of May 21-27. At the same time, overlaps (restrictions) of traffic are envisaged from May 12 to the end of the month on parts of the streets adjacent to Khreshchatyk street.
On the night of 26 to 27 May, the work of urban passenger transport will be extended by 3 hours. Also, transportations by existing routes of city ground passenger transport which pass near stations of the Kiev underground will be organized (after passing its last trains).
