Fisherman and two policemen who fell through the ice are rescued in Kyiv

On January 31, in Kyiv, employees of State Emergency Service pulled a fisherman and two police officers who fell through the ice out of the river. About this informs the press service of the State Emergencies Service in Kyiv.

The source reports that on Desenka River, at a distance of 500 m from the coast opposite the helicopter runway under the ice, the fisherman fell through.

“Upon the arrival of the rescuers, it was found that at a distance of about 400 meters from the coast, the police officers who arrived at the call and tried to reach the victim on their own, also got into,” the report said.

It is noted that with the help of diving and rescue equipment rescuers helped police officers and got fisherman.
After rendering the first necessary help, the victim was handed over to doctors for further hospitalization.
