Tesla can begin to build a plant to produce electric vehicles in China

Tesla plans to build a factory in China capable of producing 500,000 electric vehicles a year, and then to establish production in Europe too. This is reported by Bloomberg.
As it became known, Tesla decided to develop its production outside the US – electric vehicles could soon begin to assemble in China. Negotiations have already ended with preliminary agreements with the leadership of Shanghai. It is planned to produce about 500 thousand electric vehicles per year. If the production will succeed in the East, the company intends to expand in Europe.

It is noted that the Tesla leadership took such actions after the announced trade wars by President Donald Trap with various countries, including China.
It should be noted that to date the company has one plant for building electric sedans. It is located in the city of Fremont, Calif.
There has not yet been provided any info on the cost of building a new Tesla plant in China.
