North Korea has begun dismantling facilities at its nuclear Punggye-ri test site, according to the report of the American research group at the John Hopkins University.

«The dismantling of the test site has already begun. In particular, several support buildings located near the northern, western and southern entrances were demolished», – the message said.

At the same time mining carts’ rail system have been removed partly and main structures around the facility are still intact.
Pyongyang has promised to dismantle the Punggye-ri test site between May 23 and 25, depending on the weather.
As «The Journalist» earlier reported, South Korea mediates between US and North Korea on nuclear weapons.
