Nearby Zhovte village (Lugansk oblast), on February 17, the militants opened fire on a UAV special monitoring mission. About this informs JFO press service Facebook page.
It is reported that the occupants fired a drone of special monitoring mission near Zhovte village.

“On February 17, the OSCE SMM monitors were located near the village of Zhovte (north-west of Luhansk) and guided the flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Suddenly, the mission’s observers heard two lines and one single shot of small arms about 1.3 km from where they were located. According to them, the shots were carried out on the UAV, which then lost altitude. The mission team returned the UAV, which was damaged during an emergency landing, and immediately left the area,” the statement said.

The report notes that in this way militants tried to hide their “fire activity” against Ukrainian positions and try to intimidate representatives of the OSCE mission in order to force them to curtail their work in Luhansk area.
Earlier “Journalist” reported that on February 15 in Donbass militants blocked the work of OSCE SMM.
