Ministry of Health reacted on Suprun’s duties ban

As reported by “Journalist”, Lyashko said that the court had prohibited Suprun’s duties as of acting Minister Ministry of Health.

However, Ministry of Health of Ukraine stated that they consult with lawyers in connection with the appearance of information on the prohibition by District Administrative Court of Kyiv Ulana Suprun to exercise the authority of Acting head of department.

"According to Ministry of Public Health, from the media reports, Kyiv District Administrative Court partially satisfied the statement of the people’s deputy and banned Dr. Ulana Suprun from performing any actions aimed at implementing the powers of the Minister of Health," the statement said.
"Ministry consults with lawyers. We will keep up to date. We are working on this matter!”- stated the Ministry of Health.
