In Odessa heating tariffs for population by more than 70% will increase

In Odessa, they intend to raise tariffs for heat supply for the population by 72% – up to 53 UAH per square meter.

The corresponding statement is posted on the official website of the city.
It is noted that the revision of tariffs provided the municipal enterprise «Heating of the city of Odessa».
According to the report, the tariff for the service of centralized heating for subscribers of residential buildings without house and apartment heat metering devices is planned to increase by 72% – from 30.76 UAH per square meter to 52.92 UAH.

Tariff for the service of centralized heating for subscribers of residential buildings with home and apartment heat metering devices – by 54% – from UAH 1,229 thousand for 1 Gcal to almost 1,889 thousand UAH.
It is noted that the current structure of tariffs for thermal energy does not provide for changes in prices for purchased energy carriers and labor costs.
In particular, the increase in the price of natural gas by 23%, tariffs for electricity by 18%, water services by 2.1 times, the growth of average wages by 1.9 times.

As The «Journalist» reported, the draft state budget contains 55 billion UAH of subsidies for the population.
