In Kyiv, three residential complexes appeared at once, which were built by the construction corporation Ukrbud.
According to the press service of Ukrbud, the new houses received certificates of readiness for operation.
So, in the Svyatoshinsky district a residential complex of comfort-class «Verkhovyna» was commissioned. It is a house of two sections with a height of 12 and 25 floors, located near the metro stations «Svyatoshyn» and «Zhytomyrska». On the territory of the complex there are children’s and sports grounds, an underground parking area of almost 2.5 thousand square meters.
The residential complex «Kozatskiy», located in the Solomenskiy district, is also ready for operation. The house consists of 5 sections of variable height – from 15 to 19 floors. On the territory of the complex there are children’s and sports grounds, recreation areas, guarded guest and underground parking is provided.
At the same time, two out of six sections of the residential complex «Kharkovskiy» in the Darnytskiy district were put into operation. The house has sections of 11 floors. The territory of the complex is closed, equipped with children’s and sports grounds, underground and guest parking, has its own shopping center. All apartments of «Kharkovskiy» are equipped with the CLAP smart home system, which is installed by default and does not require additional cash investments from residents.
As reported by «Journalist», Ukrainian police will be compensated for rent.
