In the Rivne oblast, a bus flew into the ditch, resulting injures of seven people, according to the Communication Department police of the Rivne oblast.
As it became known, the traffic accident happened yesterday, July 1st, at about 15.00 on the highway Kyiv-Chop.
Police found that the driver of the Mercedes bus, moving from the city of Yaremche in the direction to the capital, near the village of Ptich, Dubenkyi district, did not choose a safe speed and did not take into account the traffic situation and flew into the ditch where the vehicle turned sideways.
As a result of the accident, seven passengers from Kyiv and Chernihiv regions were injured and taken to medical centers. All of them got bruises of different parts of the body, and two of them – fractures. 49-year-old woman with bruises of the spine was hospitalized in the trauma department, the rest of the victims were released after providing the necessary medical care.
Two drivers and 38 passengers who were also in the cabin of the bus, as a result of the examination by the ambulance doctors on the spot, were not injured. According to the medical examination, the driver, who was driving the bus at the time of the accident, was sober.
As the «Journalist» reported, a tourist bus with children in the cabin collided with an ambulance.
