Senate Democrats said they would not take part in the vote on Syria, while shutdown continues in the country, Bloomberg reports.
It is reported that the Democrats reps have unanimously declared they deny to support any legislations, refusing to vote on Syria as for example.
The report notes that if the bill was backed, the sanctions would be imposed on organizations that have business relations with the government of Syrian President Bashar Assad, such as selling oil products or aircraft parts.
Recall that the US government work was partially blocked due to the Democrats’ refusal to approve funding for the construction of a USA -Mexico border wall costing USD 5.7 billion.
As The Journalist reported, Trump announced that he would introduce a state of emergency in the United States to build a wall.
