More than 20 thousand people were forced to leave their homes in Northern California due to a fast-growing wildfire. This is reported by ABC News.

«The wind-whipped wildfire, which started on Wednesday morning [November 7 – ed.] in Butte County CA., has doubled its area to 7.2 hectares,» said in a statement.

Hospital in Paradise evacuated all its patients and staff, as well as students from several schools. The residents of the cities of Pulga, Magalia, Bitter Creek Canyon and the Butt Valley were also ordered to evacuate due to fire.
It is noted that two firefighters received injuries of varying severity while fighting the fire.
