On the Electrotechnical street, near the market, drunken citizens of Azerbaijan opened fire, as a result a 32-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan was injured. It is noted that the victim received a gunshot wound to the left leg. In addition, doctors suspected him of drinking too much alcohol.
No information was reported about the other victims.
