Near the Industrial Bridge in Kyiv the driver who caused an accident, hung on the steps when trying to escape

The report notes that on June 29th, a Ford car driver rammed two parked cars Daewoo and Nissan when he left the yard near the Industrial Bridge. As a result he wanted to hide from the scene, but local residents from the neighboring house saw everything and decided to detain the intruder.
It is noted that the offender, trying to escape, went to the sidewalk, but not noticing the steps, hung on them and could not move on.
As it became known from the eyewitnesses, the grief-driver – a former law enforcement officer and was in the state of alcoholic intoxication. He lives in a house in the courtyard of which an accident happened.
People called law enforcement, and the man called an ambulance. He refused to take the alcohol intoxication test and asked him to be hospitalized, saying that he was not feeling well.
The man said that his car was driven by his friend, who escaped after the accident. But, according to witnesses, the man in the car was alone.
