Ukraine will held a multinational military exercises Clear Sky2018 at the military airfields of Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi Oblasts. The event will take place next week on October 8-19. This is informs the RBC-Ukraine publication, referencing the Ukrainian Militar Portal.
It is noted that during the exercise the personnel of the Air Force of Ukraine in cooperation with foreign colleagues will work out air missions joint planning and management. Also, Ukrainian pilots will perform tasks together with NATO forces.
Representatives of the United States, Romania, Poland, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of Denmark, the Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Estonia will take part in the Clear Sky military exercises. According to preliminary information, about 40 aircrafts, dozens of anti-aircraft missile systems and radio-technical forces is planned to be involved exercises. In addition, American McDonnell Douglas F-15 fighters will arrive in Ukraine for the first time in 20 years.
