A forester was detained at the Turbatska forestry due to the sale of 72 cubic meters of unaccounted wood for 125 thousand UAH. About this informs the press office of the prosecutor’s office of Zakarpattia oblast.
«The Investigative Directorate of the Prosecutor’s Office of Zakarpattia oblast completed the pre-trial investigation and sent an indictment to the court in the criminal proceedings on the receipt of 125 thousand UAH by the improper benefit of the forest master of the Brusturyansky forestry hunt (part 1, article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)», report said.
According to the sanction of Part 1 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, according to which the actions of the suspect are qualified, he faces punishment in the form of a fine from one thousand to one thousand five hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or arrest for a period of three to six months, or imprisonment for a period of two to four years, occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
