Valerii Tarasiuk was elected the head of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NKREKP).
“Members of the NKREKP elected Valerii Tarasiuk as the head of the regulator by secret ballot in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine on the National Commission for State Regulation in the Sphere of Energy and Utilities,” the Commission’s press service said.
Tarasiuk already was a member of the regulator in 2014-2016.
Minister: NKREKP has not low maximum electricity prices.
