UK to allocate £ 35 million to Ukraine

The British authorities will allocate to Ukraine £ 35 million (UAH 1.2 billion). These funds should be directed for the humanitarian aid and increase of the country’s defense capacity. Boris Johnson, the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the UK said this, 112.ua reported.

He added, that the Great Britain will provide Ukraine with £ 35 million for humanitarian assistance in the coming years.

«We will continue to help the Ukrainian army to help you to defense the country and we will help Ukraine to fight against the disinformation of Russia. We will help with the clearance of the territories from mines, help those 60 universities that were forced to leave Donbas, we will help women, victims of the domestic violence», – the message said.

As «The Journalist» reported earlier, Denmark will allocate DKK 530 mln for supporting reforms in Ukraine.
