As «The Journalist» reported, the Russian state gas company Gazprom logo appeared on Khreshchatyk.
According to the official representative of Kyiv City State Administration for preparing and holding the finals of the Champions League 2018 in Kyiv, Andriy Miroshnychenko, in the territory of the Champions Festival in Khreschatyk, banners bearing the logo of the Russian state gas company Gazprom have been removed.
«Mass actions of resistance, vandalism and graffiti show are canceled. UEFA agreed with the position of Kyiv City State Administration, regarding the impossibility of using Gazprom ad, even as the partner of the Champions League. Everything is cleaned up», – Miroshnychenko said.
Mr Miroshnychenko also added, that a new design which will replace dismantled one is being printed.
As «The Journalist» earlier reported, Kiev authorities urges UEFA to remove logo of Russian state gas company Gazprom from banners on Khreschatyk.
