Drivers of cars with EU license plates blocked Kyiv city center

Today, July 11, the drivers of cars with EU license plates have blocked the center of Kiev. This is reported by «UNN» news agency.

During the protest, car drivers require the government to reduce the tax incidence on importing foreign cars to Ukraine. The action takes place in the in the city’s government quarter. But motorists note they will not exclude blocking of the roads to the Boryspil and Kiev (Zhuliany) International airports.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, Ukrainian MP has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada the bill that will simplify the customs clearance of cars with EU license plates.
