In just one year the state debt of Ukraine grew by more than $ 2 billion

The total public debt of Ukraine – direct and guaranteed – increased by 4.8%, or $ 3.56 billion, to $ 78.32 billion (as of December 31, 2018) compared with previous month.
According to Ukrainian News, in 2018, national debt increased by 2 , 6% or $ 2.02 billion.

The total amount of direct public debt as of December 31 was UAH 1,860.50 billion ($ 67.19 billion) against UAH 1 845.69 billion ($ 65.01 billion) a month earlier.
At the same time, direct foreign debt increased by $ 0.8 billion to $ 39.71 billion in a month and by $ 1.22 billion in 2018.
Direct domestic debt increased by UAH 20.03 billion to UAH 761.09 billion (by $ 1.39 billion to $ 27.49 billion).
State-guaranteed debt at December 31 amounted to 308.13 billion USD, or $ 11.13 billion.

As the "Journalist" reported, Minister Reva called gas payments unlawful and recommended that people not pay.
