12 contract killings were committed in Ukraine in the first half of the year

General Prosecutor’s Office Ukraine told that since the beginning of the year 12 contract killings have been committed on the territory of the country. About this reports UNN.

According to reports, compared to 2017, when five contract killings were committed in the first half of this year, in the current year the number of contract killings doubled during the same period.
Also, the GPU noted that in these criminal proceedings, three individuals were informed of suspicion.

It should be noted that no case of this year for contract killings committed during the period January-June was sent to court.

Previously Journalist reported that in 2017 in Ukraine, there were 31 murders with signs of an order.
