The Verkhovna Rada will consider the draft law on the state budget for 2019 at first reading on Thursday, October 18.
This was announced by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at the government meeting.
«I hope that we will be able to unite around the right decision,» – the PM said.
At the same time, Groysman noted that the draft state budget for 2019 is realistic and will be able to ensure the stability and growth of the national economy in 2019.
According to the Prime Minister, the Cabinet of Ministers received enough proposals from MPs to increase expenditure, but made it clear that many of them are unlikely to be taken into account.
