Owners of cars with European registration intend to hold a protest action under the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv and to block the Government quarter, as well as the owners of buses and trucks will hold a rally near the Ministry of Infrastructure, blocking Victory Avenue.

This was stated by the Head of the AvtoEuroSila organization, Oleh Yaroshevich, The Telegraph reported.

«A protest rally will be held only in Kyiv tomorrow. The first part of the protest will be held near the Ministry of Infrastructure. There will be about 300 buses, fifty trucks. The Peremohy Avenue will be completely blocked. This promotion will start at 7:00 a.m. and ends around 8:30 a.m.. A protest action of owners of cars with European registration will be held near the Verkhovna Rada and start at 9:00 a.m. They will block the Government quarter. Most likely, the protest here will be held all day long, and maybe even longer. About 10,000 or even 30,000 cars planned to take part in the rally. But how many cars will be we’ll see,» he said.

Yaroshevich also said that the protesters will demand to dismiss the Head of State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety, Mikhaylo Nonyak, and to adopt bills No. 8487 and 8488, which reduce the excise tax on customs clearance of cars.
