President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Oleksiy Goncharuk as the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration.
The corresponding decree No.328/2019 dated May 28 was published on the website of the head of state.
INFO: Oleksiy Goncharuk is an experienced lawyer, master of public administration. He has a PhD degree in law. One of the leading experts in the field of investment in housing construction in Ukraine. In the past, he was the managing partner of the law firm Constructive Lawyers, an advisor to the former minister of ecology and natural resources.
