Zelensky appoints new head of Zakarpattia RSA

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Anatoliy Poloskov as the head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration. This was reported by the press service of the President’s Office.

The corresponding decree No. 555/2020 was signed by the Head of State on December 7.

Presenting a service certificate at the Office of the President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy wished the new head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration effective work for the benefit of the region.

Anatoliy Poloskov was born in 1968. In 1997 he graduated from the Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine with a degree in jurisprudence. He worked in various positions in the banking sector, was engaged in entrepreneurial activities. Since 2011, he has been the director of a wine company. In addition, he served as the head of the SBU department in the Kirovohrad region since 2019, and was also the head of the counterintelligence department of the SBU from 2017 to 2019.
