President Volodymyr Zelensky, by decree No.57/2020 dated February 25, 2020, appointed Oleksiy Soloviov as Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
“To appoint Oleksiy Soloviov as Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine,” the document says.
Oleksiy Soloviov is a Doctor of Medical Sciences, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, heads the Department of General and Clinical Pharmacy.
Soloviev worked at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, was the chairman of the board of the public union of the Ukrainian Medical-Pharmaceutical Association, and also was engaged in private business.
Soloviev was also the head of the State Service for Medicines and Medical Devices and the chief state inspector of Ukraine for the quality control of medicines. He was also the head of the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control, and the head of the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines.
