Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed the head of the State Affairs Department, Ivan Kutsyk, and his deputy Yevhen Sarnatsky. He appointed Serhiy Borzov acting head of the agency. The respective presidential decrees were published on the presidential website.
The decree No.360/2019 states: “To release Ivan Markovych Kutsyk from the post of head of the State Affairs Department according to the submitted application.”
The decree No.361/2019 reads: “To release Yevhen Volodymyrovich Sarnatsky from the post of deputy head of the State Affairs Department in accordance with the submitted application.”
And the decree №362/2019 said: “To appoint Serhii Serhiovich Borzov, the Deputy Head of the State Affairs Department, as acting head of the State Affairs Department.”
