Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vadym Prystaiko has said during a joint press conference with Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky intends to pay an official visit to Latvia next week.
“We are planning a visit of the President of Ukraine to Riga soon,” Prystaiko said.
To Prystaiko, today’s meeting with his Latvian counterpart is dedicated to the coordination of issues that will be discussed by the heads of state of both countries.
In his turn, Rinkevics said that Latvia is looking forward to Zelensky’s next week visit to Riga with great impatience. According to him, the visit will be a good opportunity for meeting of the presidents, UNIAN reports.
