The newly elected President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, discussed the personnel policy with representatives of world recruitment agencies and companies.
The day before, on May 16, a meeting of the newly elected head of state and his HR team with representatives of major international recruitment and HR agencies took place, during which he discussed with them possible cooperation in finding personnel for a number of positions in the public administration system.
“We really want to find new talented people, good specialists who share our values. This is not populism, it is our goal. And we understand that finding the best professionals who have high competencies and are focused on specific results is not very easy. Therefore, we want to invite you to cooperate in this area,” said Zelensky.
“We have a certain number of candidates, for example, for the positions of heads of RSA in various regions of Ukraine, but here we need your help with the tools to adequately assess these people. Because in general, we want to hold a transparent competition for these positions, find the best managers who want positive changes in their regions, have development strategies and are able to attract local and foreign investments,” UNIAN quotes the newly elected President.
