The meeting during which the court will choose the measure of punishment for the doghunter Svyatogor has begun today, 11th of June, at 11.30 a.m. Under the courthouse, indifferent citizens, animal rights activists, National Corps gathered to see if the murderer had gone to jail.
We recall that in relation with Svyatogor a criminal case has been opened in parts 2 and 3 of Art. 300 (import, manufacture or distribution of works promoting the cult of violence and cruelty). In the case of the proof of the guilt of a suspected, he will face up to five years in prison.
According to zoo defenders this citizen is a real serial killer of homeless animals. There are at least two thousand lives of dogs and cats on his account. Also Svyatogor is known for his trips the "dog safari" in different regions of Ukraine.
Earlier «The Journalist» has reported that The National Police arrested the killer of several thousand of animals.
