The National Bank of Ukraine has revoked the banking license and the general license for conducting currency transactions with DV Bank, which decided to voluntarily terminate banking activities without liquidating a legal entity.
DV Bank became the fifth bank that made such a decision. Earlier the same decision was made by Financial Partner Bank, Apex Bank, Industrial and Financial Bank and Credit Optima Bank, the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine reported.
The regulator recalled, that the procedure of voluntary termination of banking activities became possible due to the adoption of the Law of Ukraine «On simplification of procedures for the reorganization and capitalization of banks» in March 2017.
