Iran sell oil on the “gray market”, bypassing American oil export sanctions, said Iranian Deputy Minister of Oil Amir Hossein Zamaninia.
“We have mobilized all of the country’s resources and are selling oil on the ‘gray market,’” said Zamaninia.
“We certainly won’t sell 2.5 million barrels per day as before, but opened up a ‘gray market,’” said Zamaninia, giving no figures for current sales.
According to IRNA, Iran says it will continue to export oil despite US sanctions.
As The Journalist reported, EU, Turkey call on Washington to lift sanctions against Iranian oil imports.
