The Kyiv District Administrative Court received two lawsuits against the Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, Andriy Reva, about his statements, which discriminate and degrade the human dignity of the inhabitants of the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine on a territorial basis.
This was reported in the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
The lawsuit concerns the statements made by the Minister Reva in an interview with BBC on April 26, 2019.
The suit demands to recognize the actions of the minister as unlawful and oblige him to refrain from making such statements.
At the moment, the materials of the claims are being investigated and the issue of opening proceedings on case is being resolved.
As The Journalist reported, Reva said that the pensions for servicepersons to grow twofold.
