German Ambassador to the Republic of Estonia has said that the negotiations on the preparation of the Normandy summit (Ukraine, Germany, France and the Russian Federation) at the highest level are classified.
The German diplomat noted this during the autumn school Resilience League 2019 “Cognitive resistance against enemy misinformation, social polarization and harmful radicalization” in Tallinn.
Thus, commenting on the dates for a possible future Normandy Summit, she replied: “I apologize, but this is a secret discussion, and I can’t say anything about it at this time.”
According to her, it is necessary to maintain “the confidentiality of the route” in order to be able to “make progress” or “attract people to the negotiations,” UNIAN reports.
