Zelensky proposes allocate money received by Naftogaz from Gazprom to implement roads and medicine projects

President Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed allocating USD 2.9 billion received by Naftogaz Ukrainy from Gazprom for the implementation of infrastructure projects and the development of the medical industry. Zelensky instructed the government to prepare the necessary draft documents within two weeks, the presidential press service reports.

Zelensky noted the importance of starting large-scale road construction and continuing the reform of the medical industry.

“We are planning to allocate additional funds for road construction – this is our infrastructure priority, for other infrastructure projects, for the medical sector and energy efficiency. One of the plans is to build more than 200 medical care departments across Ukraine,” Zelensky said.
