In the archives of library of local University of Ushaw, Durham County (United Kingdom), they found the royal charter of the first year of the reign of King John I of the Landless.
This is reported by the BBC.

John I the Landless ruled from 1199 until his death in 1216. The document was found by chance and dates March 26, 1200. It was published in the city of York. There are about a dozen of such charters. The charter was found by Dr. Benjamin Pohl l, a specialist in medieval history and lecturer at the University of Bristol.
