Some 102 new coronavirus cases, one fatal case have been registered in Kyiv over the past day. This was reported by the mayor of the capital on his Facebook page.
“Another 102 residents of Kyiv were diagnosed with coronavirus over the past day. One person died. In total, the coronavirus claimed the lives of 135 Kyiv residents. Today, there are 8,554 confirmed coronavirus cases in the capital,” Klitschko said.
He also added that daily statistic includes 6 health workers among those who were infected with coronavirus on previous day.
Some 14 patients were hospitalized, the rest are on self-isolation, under the supervision of doctors.
According to Klitschko, most cases of the disease were recorded in Dniprovsky district (19), Shevchenkivsky district (18), and Desnianskiy district (17).
