Former journalist and current MP from Servant of the people party Olga Vasylevska-Smaglyuk said that it’s time to limit freedom of speech in Ukraine. She said this in a commentary to the publication Nastoyasheye Vremya.
“It seems to me the freedom of speech is so strong in our country it is time to dump it – in respect for the presidency institution, one has to watch their speech,” said Vasylevska-Smaglyuk.
She said this commenting on the case against the MP from European Solidarity party Sofia Fedina and the volunteer Marusia Zvirobiy, suspected of threats to President Volodymyr Zelensky.
She added that she would vote for removing immunity from Fedina, but not for bringing her to justice.
