The DPRK and the Republic of Korea leaders signed an agreement [by results of negotiations] on September 19. This is reported by UNN news agency.

According to available information, the Chairman of the State Council of the DPRK Kim Jong-un and the President of the Republic of Korea, Mun Zhe Ying, signed the document on the results of the inter-Korean summit held in the capital of North Korea [Pyongyang]. In turn, the DPRK and South Korea defense ministers, No Kwang-chol and Song Young-moo, have signed a comprehensive agreement in the military sphere.
The report notes that the document includes provision on the work for both parties on transforming the «demilitarized zone, dividing two Koreas, into a zone of peace and prosperity.»
