Norway to provide coronavirus vaccine free of charge to Norwegians

According to Reuters, the Norwegian government has decided to provide its citizens with a coronavirus vaccine, free of charge.

Norway will gain access to vaccines, which the EU will purchase from pharmaceutical companies.

“We want as many people as possible to get safe and effective vaccine. This is why vaccination will be free of charge,” Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg said.

Sweden plans to buy a large number of vaccines, and sell the surplus to Norway.
