OSCE observers recorded car Sledkom RFon uncontrolled Donbas area

In the area of the “Donetsk” checkpoint the observers recorded a car of the Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation, as it is listed in the OSCE report. The relevant information was released by the OSCE monitors.

A black car with a red stripe on its side and the “Investigation Committee of the Russian Federation” inscription in Russian was driving through the uncontrolled part of the Russian-Ukrainian border in the area of the Donetsk checkpoint from the Russia’s side.

Soon it returned to the territory of Russia.
