The OSCE CMM recorded a modern Russian surveillance radar system (PSNR-9 Kredo-M1) on the edge of non-government-controlled Pervomaisk (Donbas). This is reported by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission.
The SMM saw a surveillance radar system on the western edge of Pervomaisk (58km west of Luhansk).
In this case, the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the International Organizations in Vienna has condemned another fact of delivery of modern weapons by Russia to the occupied territories of Donbas.
We remind, earlier the Mission revealed various types of Russian electronic warfare systems in occupied Donbas, in particular, Р330 Resident, Leer-3 RB-341V, 1L269 Krasukha-2, RB-109A “Bylina”, Thorn , “Tirada-2”, “Repellent-1”.
